Requirements:
- PHP 4 or higher with domxml and domxslt support. PHP is free software obtainable at http://www.php.net/ and is available for both Unix and Microsoft Windows platforms. Most hosting providers supply and support PHP.
- A database. Currently tested are the free MySQL 4 and PostgreSQL applications, popular hosting platforms. Since we use ODBC, other databases, such as Sybase and Oracle can be supported but have not been tested.
